  The food is the same as all the other Wendy's and that is great but their is a drive thru male employee who was rude. After i pulled up and didnt hear anything from the intercom for 3 to 5 minites... i said hello a couple of times ...He had the nerve to tell me he responded and it was my fault that I waited so long because I didn't hear him. "It is your fault CLEARLY you must have not heard me talking to you several times" ... and I drove off

  I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. My boyfriend and I were on an eight hour road trip home from Tennessee. We stopped here at about halfway, and I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad and a baked potato with sour cream and chives. What I got was a BBQ Chicken Salad and a baked potato with chives; both the ranch dressing and sour cream were missing. I was doing something in the car as we were driving away so I wasn't able to check the bag when we were handed it; I wish I would have. The salad was very bland without the dressing (obviously), and I couldn't even eat the potato with only chives on it. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand things like this happen, but it's very upsetting when it occurs during a road trip and there's nothing you can do about it. The workers at this location must realize that they're right off the highway and probably serve mostly travelers; you'd think they'd try a little harder to make sure orders are complete.
